Welcome to WhipZone! We're committed to creating a safe, transparent, and enjoyable experience for everyone. This Code of Conduct outlines the behaviour we expect from all attendees, including sellers, buyers, guests and staff.
By participating in a WhipZone event, you agree to follow these guidelines to ensure a positive and secure environment for our community.
Treat all attendees, staff, and partners with respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or verbal abuse will not be tolerated.
Please respect all vehicles and the venue's property. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the individual.
Only pre-registered vehicles are permitted to be sold at the event. Selling any other items or services is strictly prohibited unless pre-approved by WhipZone.
You may not rev your vehicle's engine once it is parked.
Please clean up any oil spills or debris you may cause. You are responsible for taking your own rubbish with you or using the bins provided.
Be aware of your surroundings and move carefully through the venue. Follow all instructions and signage from WhipZone staff and security.
The consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs is not permitted at any WhipZone event.
Due to the nature of the event with moving vehicles and large crowds, WhipZone events are not suitable for small children. We ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12 for their safety.
Dogs are welcome at WhipZone events, but they must be kept on a lead at all times and must be well-behaved. Please ensure you clean up after your pet, as you are usually required to do so in a public space.
We are committed to making our events accessible to everyone. The venues are generally wheelchair and accessible-friendly, and our staff will be happy to assist with any special requirements. Please contact us before the event to ensure the accessibility is appropriate, as each venue varies.
Test drives are permitted only after you have notified a marshal. You will be given clear instructions and directions to safely exit and re-enter the venue.
Vehicles may only be driven to and from their designated parking spot. There is to be no other vehicle movement during the event for safety reasons.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any unsociable behaviour that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Any individual acting inappropriately will be removed from the event immediately.
By attending a WhipZone event, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in your removal from the event without a refund or credit, and may lead to a permanent ban from all future WhipZone events.
