Credit Policy

WhipZone does not offer cash refunds for any booking fees. However, if you are unable to attend a WhipZone event that you have booked, we will issue you a credit for the full amount paid, valid for one year from the date of the original event.

Important: Credits are valid for 12 months and can be used for any future WhipZone event.

How to Request a Credit

To request a credit, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled event start time by emailing us at bookings@whipzone.co.uk

Please include your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation.

Timing is crucial: Requests made less than 48 hours before the event may not be eligible for credit.

Credit Redemption

Your credit can be used to book a new spot at any WhipZone event within the 1-year validity period. You will receive a unique credit code to apply at checkout for your next booking.

Credits are fully transferable to any WhipZone event and location during the validity period.

Important

No-Shows

If you fail to notify us and do not attend the event, your booking will be considered a "no-show," and you will not be eligible for a credit.
