Our aim is security and peace of mind. Every vehicle sold by a private party at WhipZone must have a mandatory HPI check. This information includes the car isn't stolen, hasn't been written off, and has no outstanding finance. We’re doing everything we can to make sure purchase and sales at a WhipZone are secure and transparent.

We’re nice like that! Your QR code get’s you a free coffee so you can stay fuelled up and have fun while you're at the market. When it’s gone, it’s gone!

Our venues are all under cover. We’ve gone to great lengths to secure dry, bright spaces so that you have the best opportunity to sell or buy a sparkling, dry and mud-free vehicle. Rain or shine, the coffee is still free!

Yes! We're a book-only kind of place. You'll need to pre-book and pay for your spot or your entry ticket. This keeps things safe, organised, and running smoothly for everyone.

Life happens, we understand. We offer a credit, valid for one year, to re-book a spot at any future event. Be sure to contact us at least 48 hours beforehand.

Once an event is over, your data is automatically deleted within 24hrs. If you have agreed to marketing, we hold your first name and email address under lock and key and never share with 3rd parties. NOTE: We take photos and videos to share on our social media at events. If you do not want to feature in any marketing, please let a marshal know.

‘No’ to ambiguity here: All sellers must book online in advance. We don’t allow walk-ins or take cash at the door. Why? Because every vehicle at WhipZone needs to be HPI-verified before it enters our secure zone. This keeps the market safe for everyone and ensures we have all the right data to support your sale.

Nope, we don't. We're not a dealership, we're an event. We simply provide the cool, safe place for private sellers and buyers to meet.

Every booked vehicle gets its own unique QR code. As a buyer, you can scan it to get instant access to the full HPI right on your phone at the event.

Yes, if you are extending your stay to shop. Please pay for your parking as usual as soon as the event ends. Please check your venue’s T&Cs, generally monitored by ANPR technology.
